Pinhote FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE the free kick. After 10 played minutes Pinhote FC got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Vides. Jaime Bero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Domingos in the 12th minute of play. Alonzo Macias kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Jaime Bero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renato Domingos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renato Domingos spun around in front of the goal 25 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's goal. Jaime Bero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dércio Brandão, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Augusto Chaime was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinhote FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Augusto Chaime got a free kick in the 27th minute. 31 minutes into the match, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolau Alvarenga came free, but Jaime Bero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Dércio Brandão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Bero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaime Bero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renato Domingos went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute, Renato Domingos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pinhote FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Jaime Bero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dércio Brandão in the 46th minute of the match. Apolo Huly charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Apolo Huly the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Apolo Huly hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Benedicto Oriol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Silvano Granja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 57 minutes, Renato Domingos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pinhote FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Domingos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, Augusto Chaime hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Oriol in the 64th minute of play forced Pinhote FC's goalkeeper Silvano Granja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Pinhote FC's Nicolau Alvarenga got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Jaime Bero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Domingos, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Jaime Bero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Domingos in the 89th minute of the match.
