Sid Park started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Magnifico FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Dorian Marquez hit a great ball. Nestor Paraibano acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 8th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lloyd McCodrum. After 11 played minutes Gavião Kyikatejê got a freekick which was hit by Richard McNeish. If Bruce Carlyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Laidlaw hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Innes McWalter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Senna in the 23rd minute of the match. Innes McWalter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Linhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavião Kyikatejê's Innes McWalter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Machado in the 30th minute of play. Dean McAusland charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dean McAusland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gavião Kyikatejê getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Colin Booth kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Linhares came free, but Innes McWalter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Cícero Faria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gavião Kyikatejê the free kick. Cícero Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Dean McAusland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavião Kyikatejê's Innes McWalter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Linhares in the 44th minute of play. With 48 minutes on the clock, Robin Laidlaw commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gavião Kyikatejê fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 48th minute. Penalty! The Gavião Kyikatejê players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Richard Linhares made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match, Richard Linhares tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Innes McWalter saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 62 minutes into the match, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Lloyd McCodrum came free, but Nestor Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Linhares came free, but Innes McWalter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Lloyd McCodrum came free, but Nestor Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Pedro Araújo's late challenge caught a Gavião Kyikatejê's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. João Pedro Araújo helped the player get up and apologised. Innes McWalter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Richard Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Innes McWalter. Gavião Kyikatejê's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richard Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Richard Linhares hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Richard Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Richard Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Innes McWalter came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Richard Linhares. But to his dismay, Richard Linhares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Lloyd McCodrum kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Richard Linhares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Innes McWalter was relentless in the 99th minute of the game.
