Spectators: 819 (Terracing: 615, Seating: 188, VIP seats: 16) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Michael Kuijsten started the match with the kick off. Marcel Blanc received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Téo Mota came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcel Blanc slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Pedro Luís Melo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Laus Deo's Pedro Luís Melo got a free kick in the 14th minute. When Michael Kuijsten came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Mijdrecht Maffia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Kuijsten couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Luís Melo during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pedro Luís Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Mijdrecht Maffia getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jens Spoel hit a great ball. Téo Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Kuijsten in the 23rd minute of the match. The supporters of Laus Deo booed when Mijdrecht Maffia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernst Klooster didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Eurico Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laus Deo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eurico Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Luís Melo in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rik Numan saved Mijdrecht Maffia from getting behind. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Pedro Luís Melo sped through Mijdrecht Maffia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rik Numan. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Michael Kuijsten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mijdrecht Maffia's supporters rose to their feet, but Michael Kuijsten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Téo Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Téo Mota didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mijdrecht Maffia's Michael Kuijsten shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilmar Magalhães to strike the kick off in the second half. Hermínio Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Laus Deo got a freekick which was hit by Gilmar Magalhães. In the 64th minute, Michael Kuijsten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mijdrecht Maffia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Téo Mota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcel Blanc went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Laus Deo's Evaristo Neiva got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 played minutes Laus Deo got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Dracena. Pedro Luís Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Rik Numan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Laus Deo's goal looked a bit too open when Gertjan Theisens came free, but Téo Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute of the match Jens Spoel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Téo Mota skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Michael Kuijsten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Téo Mota was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. For all the effort they put into the match, the Laus Deo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mijdrecht Maffia.
