Spectators: 1595 (Terracing: 1197, Seating: 367, VIP seats: 31) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kamen Sarandev got the match started through his kick off. After 5 played minutes F.C.DrobetA-Știința- got a freekick which was hit by Marian Pârcălab. Iulian Vişoianu kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes FC CSKA got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Milin. Constantin Aluculesei hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. If Kamen Sarandev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 17 minutes, Rafail Bumbovski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC CSKA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafail Bumbovski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuel Puișoru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitar Berbatov, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Emanuel Puișoru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genko Kalpachki in the 20th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mihail Ştoia got free with Atanas Dlúgnekov in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Atanas Dlúgnekov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Ştoia in the 24th minute of the match. After 25 played minutes FC CSKA got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Milin. The crowd rose to their feet as Mihail Ştoia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Atanas Dlúgnekov. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, F.C.DrobetA-Știința- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantin Aluculesei to maneuver through the defense. When Vangel Dinev came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the FC CSKA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vangel Dinev couldn't finish the play. Emanuel Puișoru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitar Berbatov in the 41st minute of play. If Teodor Avarvarei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

FC CSKA's Vladislav Glavanakov was substituted for Radomir Milin. In the 55th minute, Rafail Bumbovski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC CSKA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Aurelian Rădulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Vangel Dinev struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Emanuel Puișoru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC CSKA. Dimitar Berbatov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Emanuel Puișoru made a huge save. Mihail Ştoia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Atanas Dlúgnekov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodor Avarvarei during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 68 played minutes F.C.DrobetA-Știința- got a freekick which was hit by Teodor Avarvarei. Emanuel Puișoru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafail Bumbovski in the 75th minute. Vangel Dinev took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emanuel Puișoru. F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 91st minute Viden Kukurin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Puișoru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Emanuel Puișoru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 96th minute of play. Constantin Aluculesei hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. FC CSKA were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
