Edmund Jajko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Rusty Deering made a huge save. Cary Griggs lost his temper 19 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Cary Griggs kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ booed when ForestFire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuan Zimmerman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rusty Deering was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tadeusz Odachowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, ForestFire's Max Hawthorne made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marek Olejasz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 44 minutes, Wladyslaw Wachna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ and the ForestFire players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ForestFire booed when KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wladyslaw Wachna didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Rusty Deering stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeusz Odachowski's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Max Hawthorne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Marek Olejasz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Marek Olejasz managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when ForestFire's Whitney Pelletier fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 60 minutes, Ulryk Maruda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ and the ForestFire players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Whitney Pelletier got free with Marek Olejasz in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stefan Rutkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marek Olejasz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Hawthorne in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Panikowski in the 81st minute of play forced ForestFire's goalkeeper Rusty Deering to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wladyslaw Wachna took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rusty Deering. Rusty Deering dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
