In the 31st minute Anier Lucila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Huguet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Haroldo Jago sped through Foguera's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arnaldo Huguet. Arnaldo Huguet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Lucila, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Foguera's Arnaldo Huguet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Francis in the 51st minute of play. Haroldo Jago spun around in front of the goal 53 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Foguera's goal. 54 minutes into the game, Feliciano Sanchez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Arnaldo Huguet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Foguera getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Rigoberto Landa hit a great ball. Paulo Bartoli hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Huguet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Sanchez in the 64th minute of play. After 71 minutes of play, C.A Huracan's Delmiro Francis made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnaldo Huguet was left in no man's land by his defense there! 79 minutes into the game, C.A Huracan's Anier Lucila nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnaldo Huguet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 81 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Izotz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliciano Sanchez in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaldo Huguet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 94 played minutes C.A Huracan got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Bartoli.
