The referee ignored BraveHeart Warriors's protests and gave Pedro Augusto Carvalho a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to BraveHeart Warriors getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Dinei Arce blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Ghee having to make a save. Emanuel Băieșus short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Tiaguinho Bittencourt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cauan Breckenfeld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Stiinta-Univ.'s Emanuel Băieșu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 26 minutes into the match, BraveHeart Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Mircea Creangă came free, but Tiaguinho Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinei Arce's late challenge caught a Stiinta-Univ.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dinei Arce helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to BraveHeart Warriors getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Dinei Arce hit a great ball. After some careless play in the BraveHeart Warriors defense, Emanuel Băieșu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiaguinho Bittencourt. The BraveHeart Warriors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiaguinho Bittencourt should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Mircea Creangă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stiinta-Univ.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Mircea Creangă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiaguinho Bittencourt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cauan Breckenfeld blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Ghee having to make a save. Manuel Aluncai struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Tiaguinho Bittencourt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stiinta-Univ..

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cauan Breckenfeld to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Stiinta-Univ.'s Emanuel Băieșu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiaguinho Bittencourt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Willian Santos hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Emanuel Băieșu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dinei Arce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Ghee having to interfere. After 60 minutes of play, Stiinta-Univ.'s Mircea Creangă made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiaguinho Bittencourt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tiaguinho Bittencourt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Băieșu's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. After 71 played minutes Stiinta-Univ. got a freekick which was hit by Traian Lupescu. With his leg Felix Ghee managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when BraveHeart Warriors's Cauan Breckenfeld fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 76th match minute, BraveHeart Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mircea Creangă in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiaguinho Bittencourt saved BraveHeart Warriors from getting behind. The attack was good, but when Mircea Creangă in the 91st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. There was no doubt that Stiinta-Univ. were the better team. Stiinta-Univ.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
