The audience was convinced that 鲁晨光's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Telmo Trigo was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. A.A. Francana's Telmo Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 尤鹰德 in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, A.A. Francana's Cido Vinhas got a free kick in the 12th minute. Válbson Soeiro hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, 龚骋崇 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute, 尤鹰德 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of A.A. Francana booed when ≮Empire≯Are You OK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. 鲁晨光 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Telmo Trigo came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by ≮Empire≯Are You OK's 尤鹰德. But to his dismay, 尤鹰德 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Telmo Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 尤鹰德, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 33 minutes, 尤鹰德 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ≮Empire≯Are You OK's supporters crossed their fingers, but 尤鹰德 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th match minute, A.A. Francana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serginho Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. 倪岩战 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Francana's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 41 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Telmo Trigo as he didn't even see the shot coming. 白希天 came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by A.A. Francana's João Adolfo Leite. But to his dismay, João Adolfo Leite quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Cido Vinhas hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Ruy Fantini's late challenge caught a ≮Empire≯Are You OK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruy Fantini helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, A.A. Francana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruy Fantini to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Adolfo Leite to strike the kick off in the second half.
