But to his dismay, Marcel Jeuring quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jereba 4EVER's Narciso Dionísio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Dieguinho Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Oorthuis, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some careless play in the Jereba 4EVER defense, Marcel Jeuring kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dieguinho Viana. The Jereba 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dieguinho Viana should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Marcel Jeuring managed to get in a good position for a shot. Decathlon Dudes's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcel Jeuring was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dieguinho Viana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Jereba 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovani Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jochem Oosterbaan struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Dieguinho Viana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Decathlon Dudes. Dieguinho Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Oorthuis in the 35th minute of play. Dieguinho Viana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcel Jeuring went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Dieguinho Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Jeuring in the 47th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Marcel Jeuring made the kick off in the second half. Hubert Post charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hubert Post the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Oorthuis in the 67th minute of play forced Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Dieguinho Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bart Verbruggen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Campidelis in the 72nd minute of play. When Alex Deinse came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Decathlon Dudes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Deinse couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute Manoel Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bart Verbruggen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcel Jeuring's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Dieguinho Viana skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Geovani Fernandes hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. A collision led to Jereba 4EVER getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Dino Campidelis hit a great ball. Angelo Guerra kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Decathlon Dudes's Otto Olfers seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Otto Olfers the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Decathlon Dudes protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Otto Olfers had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Decathlon Dudes's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
