If Zinon Psikos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grigoris Kasnakidis in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Klement Naumowicz saved Mitschullen SSA from getting behind. Mitschullen SSA's Klement Naumowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alkis Bletsas in the 10th minute of play. Stefanos Vrettos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Glozor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Zinon Psikos came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Sheriff fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zinon Psikos couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Grigoris Kasnakidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Klement Naumowicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Klement Naumowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigoris Kasnakidis in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Beniamin Witek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klement Naumowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigoris Kasnakidis in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Sheriff was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Menios Barbagiannis to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Alfred Glozor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stefanos Vrettos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Klement Naumowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zinon Psikos in the 39th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Sheriff's Miltos Tokalidis got a free kick in the 48th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfred Glozor was the one to do the kick off. Grigoris Kasnakidis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Alfred Glozor charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfred Glozor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Mitschullen SSA's Alfred Glozor got a free kick in the 61st minute. With an all-out effort, Sheriff's Klement Naumowicz threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zinon Psikos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Wit Grabski kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Grigoris Kasnakidis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Klement Naumowicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sheriff's Zinon Psikos got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 84 played minutes Mitschullen SSA got a freekick which was hit by Wit Grabski. In the 86th match minute, Mitschullen SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dobromir Kaczorowski to maneuver through the defense. Klement Naumowicz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 87th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Daniil Masourakis. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mitschullen SSA! The goalkeeper, Klement Naumowicz, was totally fooled by Sheriff's Grigoris Kasnakidis, who 92 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 96th minute, Dobromir Kaczorowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klement Naumowicz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Daniil Masourakis. Klement Naumowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigoris Kasnakidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 101st minute. Sheriff's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
