But to his dismay, Damaso Lehen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ciro Goito's late challenge caught a E➣ PINCHARRATA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciro Goito helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rocky Balboa F.C. getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ciro Goito hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the game, Damaso Lehen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Augusto Loren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Arturo Frances put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Augusto Loren. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damaso Lehen in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augusto Loren saved Rocky Balboa F.C. from getting behind. In the 24th match minute, E➣ PINCHARRATA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Bela to maneuver through the defense. Ramon Avellaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Bruno Cambranes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Santo Firmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. E➣ PINCHARRATA's German Leobardo was substituted for Damaso Lehen. Santo Firmo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Rocky Balboa F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paolo Mendebal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Augusto Loren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Frances, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rocky Balboa F.C.'s Ramon Avellaneda quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Humberto Selatse, made in the 41st minute of the game. Augusto Loren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Frances in the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramon Avellaneda was the one to do the kick off. Augusto Loren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Uxio in the 52nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Rocky Balboa F.C. defense, Arturo Frances kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augusto Loren. The Rocky Balboa F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Loren should have stopped the shot. Augusto Loren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Frances went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejo Baleren during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Augusto Loren acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Higinio Uxio. In the 72nd minute, E➣ PINCHARRATA's Arturo Frances ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Augusto Loren. Augusto Loren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Avellaneda in the 80th minute of play forced E➣ PINCHARRATA's goalkeeper Bruno Cambranes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
