In the 21st minute, Matthäus Kunze reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vladimiro Romano. The goal made the score 1-1. If Daniel Rolado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ron Bettinelli kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santo Seguinus during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Flatline Zombies booed when Centeno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Seguinus didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Roger Furcas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flatline Zombies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Furcas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roger Furcas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Vladimiro Romano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. But to his dismay, Alejo Nardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The Flatline Zombies players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Centeno were winning 1-2.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mario Caron during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mario Caron hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Matias Matthew's late challenge caught a Flatline Zombies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Flatline Zombies's Reto Lütolf in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 76 minutes, Ron Bettinelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flatline Zombies and the Centeno players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Centeno booed when Flatline Zombies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ron Bettinelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hubert Leubler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Nardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute Reto Lütolf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Romano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 81st minute of the match Matias Matthew completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Matias Matthew a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Centeno getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Matias Matthew hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Flatline Zombies's Ron Bettinelli got a free kick in the 85th minute.
