In the 4th match minute, North Pole Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrik Eliasson to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the game, Allan Jansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Pole Kickers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mountainhammer United the free kick. After a rather tough play, North Pole Kickers's Allan Jansson got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute, Carl Knutsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Hellkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th match minute, Mountainhammer United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folke Berg to maneuver through the defense. Mountainhammer United's Martin Alebeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holger Wallengren in the 13th minute of play. North Pole Kickers's Stefan Gernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Berg in the 15th minute of play. Henrik Eliasson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. North Pole Kickers's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Alvin Hedström scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Gernberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 29 played minutes Mountainhammer United got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Arvidsson. After a rather tough play, North Pole Kickers's Allan Jansson got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Alvin Hedström made a precise shot to the right of Stefan Gernberg. North Pole Kickers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 38 played minutes Mountainhammer United got a freekick which was hit by Börje Ahlstedt. The supporters of North Pole Kickers booed when Mountainhammer United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viggo Larsfält didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Einar Heggert during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, Einar Heggert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The North Pole Kickers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mountainhammer United were winning 0-2.
Fritz Botvidsson charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fritz Botvidsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, Mountainhammer United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fritz Botvidsson to maneuver through the defense. Börje Ahlstedt hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Holger Wallengren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Martin Alebeck was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Alvin Hedström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. During the 65th minute of the match Allan Jansson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Allan Jansson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, North Pole Kickers's Allan Jansson got a free kick in the 66th minute. Olof Askberg hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Alvin Hedström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute Henrik Eliasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Alebeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Folke Berg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th play minute Folke Berg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Stefan Gernberg. 1-3. Alvin Hedström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Viggo Larsfält managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mountainhammer United's supporters rose to their feet, but Viggo Larsfält was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan Gernberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Folke Berg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Stefan Gernberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The North Pole Kickers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mountainhammer United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
