Gualter Gulak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Higino Pessoa made a huge save. Higino Pessoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolás Castillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolás Castillo in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Higino Pessoa saved Pinhote FC from getting behind. Thiago Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Luizão Pesquera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolás Castillo took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Higino Pessoa. Higino Pessoa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Pinhote FC's zone, Gualter Gulak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higino Pessoa came out of the goal and Gualter Gulak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Nicolás Castillo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Higino Pessoa to make any attempt to save it. 32 minutes into the match, Pinhote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolás Castillo came free, but Higino Pessoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higino Pessoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualter Gulak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Pinhote FC's goalkeeper Higino Pessoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gualter Gulak. After 36 minutes Pinhote FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Neto who took care of the corner kick. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Carlos Neto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Higino Pessoa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 38th minute, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Gualter Gulak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Higino Pessoa. Higino Pessoa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 41 minutes into the game, Nicolás Castillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Higino Pessoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolás Castillo in the 45th minute of play forced Pinhote FC's goalkeeper Higino Pessoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Valério Vidigal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Higino Pessoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolás Castillo in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolás Castillo to make the kick off. Higino Pessoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualter Gulak, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the game, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Nicolás Castillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Higino Pessoa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Higino Pessoa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gualter Gulak went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. 67 minutes into the match, Pinhote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Gulak came free, but Higino Pessoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Gualter Gulak notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Pinhote FC's Higino Pessoa. Higino Pessoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 71 minutes into the match, Gualter Gulak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Higino Pessoa. Pinhote FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gualter Gulak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Golaki Goiano was substituted for Nicolás Castillo. 75 minutes into the game, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Golaki Goiano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Higino Pessoa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. In the 84th minute, Patrício Viana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Golaki Goiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Higino Pessoa. Pinhote FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Golaki Goiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. 88 minutes into the game, Nino Maldini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Higino Pessoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute, Golaki Goiano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Higino Pessoa was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Golaki Goiano put it in 14-0 from a short distance just to the right of Higino Pessoa. After some careless play in the Pinhote FC defense, Nino Maldini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Higino Pessoa. The Pinhote FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Higino Pessoa should have stopped the shot. Jataiense Futebol Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
