Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FC Kukova's Ján Kortiš started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Ján Kolman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kukova and the Sorci Viola players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes FC Kukova got a freekick which was hit by Ján Kolman. In the 4th minute, Anfilogino Chiola left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sorci Viola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Domenico Sabatino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ján Kortiš. After 9 played minutes FC Kukova got a freekick which was hit by Richard Mihálek. Beppe Zoff kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ján Kortiš came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Domenico Sabatino could save by the left post. In the 13th minute, Damiano Iezzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ján Kortiš got free with Domenico Sabatino in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, FC Kukova's Domenico Sabatino threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miroslav Kuzmány, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Václav Židek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beppe Zoff in the 17th minute of play. Václav Židek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beppe Zoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domenico Sabatino was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Ján Kortiš capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ján Kortiš really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. FC Kukova's Václav Židek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Chiola in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Chiola in the 24th minute of play forced FC Kukova's goalkeeper Václav Židek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Mihálek kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Domenico Sabatino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslav Kuzmány in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute FC Kukova were awarded a corner. Ján Kortiš went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC Kukova's corner Ivan Halgoš fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Domenico Sabatino quite easily take care of the ball. Domenico Sabatino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miroslav Kuzmány in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Sorci Viola's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslav Kuzmány came free, but Domenico Sabatino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Ján Kortiš hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Václav Židek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe Zoff in the 43rd minute of the match. Václav Židek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beppe Zoff, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ján Kortiš got free with Domenico Sabatino in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The FC Kukova players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sorci Viola were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Beppe Zoff to make the kick off. Ján Kolman kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Václav Židek was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Beppe Zoff. Ľubomír Pittner's late challenge caught a Sorci Viola's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ľubomír Pittner helped the player get up and apologised. Ľubomír Pittner hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute Anfilogino Chiola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Václav Židek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute Miroslav Kuzmány shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Sabatino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Václav Židek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beppe Zoff in the 60th minute of play. Domenico Sabatino came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kukova's Ondrej Olejár. But to his dismay, Ondrej Olejár quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 63rd minute, Ľubomír Pittner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domenico Sabatino was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Ľubomír Pittner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sorci Viola's Domenico Sabatino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslav Kuzmány in the 69th minute of play. Beppe Zoff placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Damiano Montini kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Ľubomír Pittner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kukova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. In the 83rd minute, Ľubomír Pittner made a precise shot to the right of Domenico Sabatino. Sorci Viola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Domenico Sabatino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the game, FC Kukova's Miroslav Kuzmány nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domenico Sabatino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2.
