After 16 minutes, Christophe Montaigne made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. 100 Chance's Luís Fábio Machado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Kader Miguet came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Cats and dogs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kader Miguet couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 21 in the game by Christophe Montaigne from a close distance when the talented Luís Fábio Machado managed to make a qualified save. 100 Chance's players were relieved. After some careless play in the 100 Chance defense, Kader Miguet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fábio Machado. The 100 Chance fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fábio Machado should have stopped the shot. Filipe Meneses struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Gaétan Toullec didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 100 Chance. In the 35th minute, Filipe Meneses got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Fábio Machado made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Christophe Montaigne sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filipe Meneses to make the kick off. In the 59th minute, Tony Jérémie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Fábio Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. In the 63rd minute Kader Miguet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fábio Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Cats and dogs's Christophe Montaigne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Fábio Machado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. After having played for 73 minutes, Christophe Montaigne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cats and dogs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christophe Montaigne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Cats and dogs getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Sébastien Romero hit a great ball. Luís Fábio Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kader Miguet, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Christophe Montaigne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fábio Machado having to interfere. Luisão Capixaba's late challenge caught a Cats and dogs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luisão Capixaba helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th minute, Luisão Capixaba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 100 Chance's Luís Fábio Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kader Miguet in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, 100 Chance's Luiz Maciel got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 90 minutes, Tony Jérémie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cats and dogs and the 100 Chance players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of 100 Chance booed when Cats and dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Jérémie didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 minutes, Jean-Pascal Herrmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cats and dogs and the 100 Chance players grew even worse after the yellow card. 96 minutes into the game, Cats and dogs's Kader Miguet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Fábio Machado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. When the referee ended the match the Cats and dogs players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
