Ornopata's Eugenio Laincera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Romo in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Camilo Alderete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Club Sportivo Italiano's Jesus Frichoso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Sportivo Italiano's Justo Romo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eugenio Laincera. That made the score 2-0 after 21 minutes of play. Vennancio Feyjo struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Rafael Martino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ornopata. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justo Romo in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Laincera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Francisco Baena fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ornopata's protests and gave Francisco Baena a yellow card for diving instead. 34 minutes into the match, Ornopata's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Romo came free, but Eugenio Laincera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Justo Romo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ornopata's Eugenio Laincera. Francisco Baena kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Ornopata's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Romo came free, but Eugenio Laincera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Alderete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Martino having to interfere.
