With a left leg Victoriano Abel saved Average Joes from getting behind. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Average Joes! Victoriano Abel had in the 10thth minute some difficulties stopping Eskil Lööf's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Panopticon 04 got a corner. Average Joes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eskil Lööf ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Eskil Lööf got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Victoriano Abel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Average Joes's Victoriano Abel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvin Kilström in the 12th minute of play. Fabien Lafont made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Rolandsson in the 16th minute of play. Victoriano Abel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvin Kilström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per Rolandsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Fabien Lafont made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jo Blanchaert in the 26th minute of play forced Panopticon 04's goalkeeper Fabien Lafont to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Panopticon 04 defense, Arthur Saba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabien Lafont. The Panopticon 04 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabien Lafont should have stopped the shot. In the 32nd minute Emanuele Biavati shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Abel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Average Joes's Filip Flink got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Emanuele Biavati sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fabien Lafont took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Rolandsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabien Lafont stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Rolandsson's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Fabien Lafont showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jo Blanchaert in the 43rd minute of the match. Victoriano Abel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvin Kilström, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 45 played minutes Panopticon 04 got a freekick which was hit by Sten Harlén.

Fabien Lafont came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Average Joes's Yavuz Bülent Özger. But to his dismay, Yavuz Bülent Özger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Panopticon 04's Fabien Lafont played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Saba in the 56th minute of play. The Average Joes fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Average Joes's Arthur Saba looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 60th minute Per Rolandsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabien Lafont saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panopticon 04's Fabien Lafont played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Saba in the 64th minute of play. Fabien Lafont showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Finnman, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 91 played minutes Panopticon 04 got a freekick which was hit by Eskil Lööf. 96 minutes into the match, Panopticon 04's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Silban came free, but Fabien Lafont reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panopticon 04's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
