After a rather tough play, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's Ludomil Misiewicz got a free kick in the 4th minute. Stojmen Tujković took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nistor Anton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Purcaresti CSS booed when F.C BEŞİKTAŞ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bora Ersal didn't get a good kick on the ball. F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's Stojmen Tujković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nistor Anton in the 7th minute of play. Rasmus Højlund in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cătălin Trică, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Cătălin Trică managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's Rasmus Højlund fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 11th minute of the match F.C BEŞİKTAŞ got a corner. Purcaresti CSS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Savaş Lütfi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Savaş Lütfi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Purcaresti CSS's Cătălin Trică did a great save. After 12 played minutes F.C BEŞİKTAŞ got a freekick which was hit by Bora Ersal. Stojmen Tujković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustin Radovan, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Șerbulea came free, but Stojmen Tujković reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's Alejo Cucao got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Mazăre in the 25th minute of play forced F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's goalkeeper Stojmen Tujković to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cătălin Trică showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Højlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's Bora Ersal got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30thth minute of the game Rasmus Højlund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Purcaresti CSS's Cătălin Trică was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Purcaresti CSS's Cătălin Trică got control of the ball when Rasmus Højlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Purcaresti CSS getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ferdinand Arghiroiu hit a great ball. After 42 played minutes F.C BEŞİKTAŞ got a freekick which was hit by Bahtiyar Hacı. After 44 minutes of play, Purcaresti CSS's Andrei Dumitrache made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stojmen Tujković was left in no man's land by his defense there! The F.C BEŞİKTAŞ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Purcaresti CSS were winning 0-1.

Emanuel Șerbulea hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Radovan in the 60th minute of play forced F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's goalkeeper Stojmen Tujković to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Rasmus Højlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cătălin Trică was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Stojmen Tujković came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Purcaresti CSS's Nistor Anton. But to his dismay, Nistor Anton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Iustin Radovan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Stojmen Tujković tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stojmen Tujković made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Șerbulea in the 75th minute. A hard shot 75 in the game by Emanuel Șerbulea from a close distance when the talented Stojmen Tujković managed to make a qualified save. F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's players were relieved. The supporters of Purcaresti CSS booed when F.C BEŞİKTAŞ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Cucao didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rasmus Højlund in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cătălin Trică prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ioan Bornescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Stojmen Tujković made a huge save. F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's Stojmen Tujković proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save F.C BEŞİKTAŞ from getting a goal against them. When the match was over Purcaresti CSS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than F.C BEŞİKTAŞ throughout the match.
