Dan Kjellman scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enrique Sedeni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. David Mckinnes kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. FC Bal op het Dak's Dan Kjellman suffered a concussion in the 24th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Remigio Torres charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remigio Torres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Bal op het Dak booed when 1989 Blxsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Shaq Francis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Sedeni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martijn August in the 29th minute of the match. Enrique Sedeni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martijn August, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. FC Bal op het Dak were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after 1989 Blxsk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. David Mckinnes helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 played minutes 1989 Blxsk got a freekick which was hit by David Mckinnes. 45 minutes into the match, Martijn August notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of 1989 Blxsk's Enrique Sedeni. Enrique Sedeni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Enrique Sedeni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martijn August in the 73rd minute of play. Harvey Davies made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Miguel Godoy sent off a good shot on target. FC Bal op het Dak's attentive Iwan Valentijn managed to snatch the ball when Mick Snowdon made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. In the 81st match minute, 1989 Blxsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Ekhi to maneuver through the defense. After 94 minutes of play, 1989 Blxsk's Miguel Godoy made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harvey Davies was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Bal op het Dak had won after a very even match.
