Alejandro Gavilanes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Franco Bosch went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the match, Porteño Prowess FC's Kenny Alströmer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ermengol Baena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ermengol Baena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenny Alströmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Golob hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When Porteño Prowess FC's Kenny Alströmer in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►►'s goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Porteño Prowess FC's Dobromir Przybylo was substituted for Alberto Ocomardia. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kenny Alströmer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Dobromir Przybylo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Enrico Barreneche left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Porteño Prowess FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Ermengol Baena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrico Barreneche's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 79th minute, Alessandro Nesta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Porteño Prowess FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Barreneche in the 88th minute of play forced ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►►'s goalkeeper Ermengol Baena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermengol Baena came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Porteño Prowess FC's Enrico Barreneche. But to his dismay, Enrico Barreneche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Ermengol Baena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrico Barreneche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Porteño Prowess FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
