Raimond Lenk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Biörling in the 26th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Robert Bugajski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Skates's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piratas FC the free kick. Spyros Zacharioudakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Jens-Ola Lund made a huge save. Raimond Lenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Biörling in the 33rd minute of play. Raimond Lenk was left in no man's land by his defense there! 44 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Hybbert came free, but Raimond Lenk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute of the match Ragnar Biörling shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raimond Lenk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Piratas FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The Skates were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelo Rolado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raimond Lenk made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Gustav Hybbert sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, The Skates's Robert Kalfhage sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raimond Lenk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Edgar Degas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raimond Lenk. Piratas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Degas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Degas in the 78th minute of play. Jens-Ola Lund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Idacio in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Angelo Rolado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Lund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ragnar Biörling got free with Raimond Lenk in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Eklund in the 86th minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Skates were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Piratas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kjell Fribäck took the corner. The corner led to The Skates's Vilhelm Karlstedt getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. The Skates walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
