With a left leg Roch Sniegowski saved Szalone Konie from getting behind. A sloppy throw-in by Eljif Elmas in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SC Braga's Pipis Dilberis. Zigmantas Gimbutas took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roch Sniegowski. Roch Sniegowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 10 played minutes SC Braga got a freekick which was hit by Pipis Dilberis. 11 minutes into the match, SC Braga's goal looked a bit too open when Kacper Wilk came free, but Antonio Adán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Braga were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Szalone Konie's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zigmantas Gimbutas took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Valdomiro Lira managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. With a little luck, SC Braga's Antonio Adán got control of the ball when Young Taktikos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antonio Adán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Wilk in the 22nd minute of the match. Antonio Adán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacper Wilk, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. SC Braga's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Zigmantas Gimbutas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roch Sniegowski. 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zigmantas Gimbutas to make the kick off. Antonio Adán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacper Wilk, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Antonio Adán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kacper Wilk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Braga's Geraldo Lucas was substituted for André Jordão. Waclaw Pionek hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. A collision led to SC Braga getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Pipis Dilberis hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Slawomir Jaraczeski notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of SC Braga's Antonio Adán. Antonio Adán was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Antonio Cieri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Roch Sniegowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig-Åke Mattsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roch Sniegowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Slawomir Jaraczeski in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Adán saved SC Braga from getting behind.
