RED KHAGAN's Yılmaz Başdemir quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The throw-in from Paavo Lutsar in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RED KHAGAN's Erik Lagerberg. Atalan Cebeci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kajar Püss in the 22nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Yılmaz Başdemir managed to get in a good position for a shot. RED KHAGAN's supporters rose to their feet, but Yılmaz Başdemir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wawrzyniec Niedziela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yılmaz Başdemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. RED KHAGAN made a substitution. Baturay Zaim replaced Tolek Dankowski. Wawrzyniec Niedziela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baturay Zaim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arno Jahe got free with Wawrzyniec Niedziela in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, RED KHAGAN's Erik Lagerberg got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Atalan Cebeci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kajar Püss, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kajar Püss stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Cao Si Guang in the 50th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Grimório's Konrad Värnik. Tõnis Kaldvee's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Atalan Cebeci firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience was convinced that Arno Jahe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. With a little luck, RED KHAGAN's Atalan Cebeci got control of the ball when Tõnis Kaldvee tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baturay Zaim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Grimório's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
