The audience thought a goal was coming when Erivaldo Perez got free with Felipe Tajo in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patricio Mannuel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fanis Geronimidis having to interfere. In the 58thth minute of the game Silviu Novac who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monky FC's Felipe Tajo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st minute Evren Yezid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Tajo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Monky FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Despite this Felipe Tajo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Doni Cordeiro took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felipe Tajo. Felipe Tajo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. After 77 played minutes Belotaurus FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Urre. Håkan Wennersten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fanis Geronimidis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play.
