Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rene Rostholm started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Rostholm in the 2nd minute of play forced MEXACOMX's goalkeeper Januário Rangel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rene Rostholm scored 0-1 in the 2nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Januário Rangel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Randers A.F.C.'s Rene Rostholm got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ricardo Guerra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nichlas Vesterdahl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Léo Barros hit a great ball. If Ricardo Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Rene Rostholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Randers A.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Rostholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Januário Rangel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's Ricardo Guerra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nichlas Vesterdahl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Julio-César Romo-Leroux in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Randers A.F.C.'s Léo Barros. Januário Rangel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigismund Ravnskjold, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Januário Rangel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Rostholm in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind MEXACOMX's goalkeeper Januário Rangel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the game, Rene Rostholm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Januário Rangel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Rene Rostholm put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Januário Rangel. Børge Buhr charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Børge Buhr the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardo Guerra made a kick off. George Grönlund made in the 53rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Radim Gola however managed to control. 56 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s Rene Rostholm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Januário Rangel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of MEXACOMX booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radim Gola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Randers A.F.C. made a substitution. Bruno Steenbeck replaced Rene Rostholm. After 67 played minutes Randers A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Radim Gola. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Guerra in the 69th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Sigismund Ravnskjold threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Randers A.F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nichlas Vesterdahl should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute Wu Liang Mo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichlas Vesterdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MEXACOMX's Januário Rangel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Steenbeck in the 81st minute of play. Bruno Steenbeck might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Januário Rangel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Steenbeck ran back to his position shaking his head. Januário Rangel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Steenbeck in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Randers A.F.C.'s Bruno Steenbeck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Januário Rangel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Randers A.F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
