The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Mks Gdynia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszek Misiewicz to maneuver through the defense. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Acibadem FK! The goalkeeper, Ahmet Tolga Haneci, was totally fooled by Mks Gdynia's Andrzej Witkowski, who 5 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ahmet Tolga Haneci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Bielecki in the 12th minute of play. Patryk Wolicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Barış Aydoğdu, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Iwan Domaracki hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. When Cemalettin Gökyüzü came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Acibadem FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cemalettin Gökyüzü couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mks Gdynia's Edgar Bielecki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmet Tolga Haneci. That made the score 3-1 after 29 minutes of play. Patryk Wolicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Barış Aydoğdu in the 36th minute of the match. Edgar Bielecki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgar Bielecki was the one to do the kick off. The nice shot from Cemalettin Gökyüzü in the 55thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Patryk Wolicki had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 57th minute, Edgar Bielecki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Acibadem FK's goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Jarek came free, but Ahmet Tolga Haneci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patryk Wolicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Barış Aydoğdu, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Bielecki in the 62nd minute of play forced Acibadem FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Tolga Haneci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match Neşat Acunman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patryk Wolicki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 64th match minute, Mks Gdynia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwan Domaracki to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the game, Mustafa Barış Aydoğdu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Patryk Wolicki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mks Gdynia's Edgar Bielecki managed to work through Acibadem FK's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Edgar Bielecki dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The audience was convinced that Edgar Bielecki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Tolga Haneci was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Acibadem FK's Ahmet Erdem Ersed suffered a sprained foot after 71 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 72 played minutes Mks Gdynia got a freekick which was hit by Wieslaw Jurgiel. Patryk Wolicki came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Acibadem FK's Cemalettin Gökyüzü. But to his dismay, Cemalettin Gökyüzü quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. 76 minutes into the match, Mks Gdynia's Rafal Jarek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Tolga Haneci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Mks Gdynia's goalkeeper Patryk Wolicki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Rafal Jarek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafal Jarek struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Ahmet Tolga Haneci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mks Gdynia. Edgar Bielecki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafal Jarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mks Gdynia fans cheered their team off the field, for while Acibadem FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
