Tondo Ganzon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mieszko Ostrowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Mieszko Ostrowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tondo Ganzon, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Tol Paulin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mieszko Ostrowski, 2-0. In the 22nd minute Tol Paulin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Ostrowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaw Falke got in the 23rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ninoy Pecson handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The Borzykówka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The corner led to Borzykówka's Gustaw Falke getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Marian Swoboda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ninoy Pecson having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wit Pstrongowski made a kick off. Tol Paulin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Ostrowski having to interfere. In the 66th minute Tondo Ganzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Ostrowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jasper Famador kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. A hard shot by Marian Swoboda from long distance, 69 minutes into the match, got Ninoy Pecson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ninoy Pecson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wit Pstrongowski in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wit Pstrongowski in the 76th minute of play forced F.C. Cagayan Academy's goalkeeper Ninoy Pecson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
