Türker Tamay was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Savur SK's Seyhun Şölen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doğuhan Kenan in the 28th minute of play. Seyhun Şölen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Ömür Egelioğlu in the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half Savur SK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İsmail Cem Onursev during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
