Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Braulio Orlondon to make the kick off. Teo Horado was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 康翔卫 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 53 minute of play. In the 56th minute, Melquiades Mercurio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the game, Francisco Ihazintu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coventry City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When 康翔卫 came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Coventry City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 康翔卫 couldn't finish the play. Isidro Reyes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 庞城奕 having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, 康翔卫 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teo Horado, 2-8. 康翔卫 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
