Saphan Kwai's Worawat Kedsuwong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 柯川永 in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Saphan Kwai's Sek Kubkratouk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 钱弘坚. 钱弘坚 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. İsa Doğulu kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Real Sociedad's 贺烽振 got a free kick in the 18th minute. After having played for 18 minutes, İsa Doğulu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saphan Kwai's supporters crossed their fingers, but İsa Doğulu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 钱弘坚 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sek Kubkratouk in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Real Sociedad's 柯川永 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Worawat Kedsuwong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. With a little luck, Real Sociedad's 钱弘坚 got control of the ball when Sek Kubkratouk tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 29 played minutes Real Sociedad got a freekick which was hit by 崔广翀. Luiz Gustavo Brasil received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 钱弘坚 came out and tried to block the shot, but Luiz Gustavo Brasil slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 35th minute. Worawat Kedsuwong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 柯川永, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 钱弘坚 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sek Kubkratouk went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Worawat Kedsuwong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 柯川永, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. In the 49th minute of the match Real Sociedad got a corner. Saphan Kwai's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 柯川永 ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in 柯川永 almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Saphan Kwai's Worawat Kedsuwong did a great save.
The audience was convinced that 柯川永's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Worawat Kedsuwong was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. 59 minutes into the match, Real Sociedad's goal looked a bit too open when Sek Kubkratouk came free, but 钱弘坚 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saphan Kwai's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Gustavo Brasil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 钱弘坚 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the game, Rachan Krukamkaow threw the ball into play from the sideline. Real Sociedad's 崔广翀 quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Luiz Gustavo Brasil struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. 钱弘坚 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saphan Kwai. If Luiz Gustavo Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sek Kubkratouk in the 85th minute of play forced Real Sociedad's goalkeeper 钱弘坚 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Saphan Kwai's Luiz Gustavo Brasil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 钱弘坚 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. 柯川永 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Worawat Kedsuwong having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Real Sociedad players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Saphan Kwai.
