An unexpectedly hard shot by José Sand in the 14th minute of play forced AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goalkeeper Ferit Boğatekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jean-Paul Møffelmand was slow to take the kick. During this time ITAFUT 4EVER's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Flavius Postelnicescu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Nilson Peres was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rahmad Lunggana showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. Rahmad Lunggana might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nilson Peres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rahmad Lunggana ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres got control of the ball when Rahmad Lunggana tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Sand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferit Boğatekin having to interfere. A collision led to AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ralf Kück hit a great ball. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Ferit Boğatekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Sand in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute ITAFUT 4EVER were awarded a corner. Jean-Paul Møffelmand went to the cornerflag to take it. João Vítor Porto was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goalkeeper Ferit Boğatekin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Eduardo Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Rahmad Lunggana made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that José Sand's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferit Boğatekin was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Jean-Paul Møffelmand made a great header on ITAFUT 4EVER's corner, it was just that AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Ferit Boğatekin managed to reach the ball for a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the ITAFUT 4EVER players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
