The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Dagoberto Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Maranhense came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Litoral EC - CIMZ's Dagoberto Custódio. But to his dismay, Dagoberto Custódio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Olivedos's Luisinho Ceresso quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fahl Beckenbauer, made in the 13th minute of the game. Rubinho Chaves hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Abelardo Maranhense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Joestar in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Custódio in the 20th minute of play forced Olivedos's goalkeeper Abelardo Maranhense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agostinho Cosme kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Abelardo Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Custódio in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Dagoberto Custódio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abelardo Maranhense was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Kıvanç Bengi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magno Sampaio in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cássio Ferraz in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. Litoral EC - CIMZ's Kıvanç Bengi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel de Godoi in the 34th minute of play. Abelardo Maranhense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dagoberto Custódio's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Kıvanç Bengi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel de Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Olivedos's goalkeeper Abelardo Maranhense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cássio Ferraz hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Olivedos's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Custódio came free, but Abelardo Maranhense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Maranhense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Joestar, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Abelardo Maranhense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Joestar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Olivedos made a substitution. Rômulo Custódio replaced Osvaldinho Veiga. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joseph Joestar made a kick off. With an all-out effort, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Abelardo Maranhense threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jonathan Petri, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Abel de Godoi took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kıvanç Bengi. Kıvanç Bengi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Kıvanç Bengi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magno Sampaio in the 60th minute of play. Abel de Godoi's late challenge caught a Litoral EC - CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel de Godoi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Olivedos's Abel de Godoi got a free kick in the 65th minute. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Jonathan Petri got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Litoral EC - CIMZ made a substitution. William Batista replaced Sílvio Luís Madureira. Samuca de Sena thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Kıvanç Bengi, a very annoying self made goal in the 80th minute which led to 2-1. 83 minutes into the game, Fahl Beckenbauer threw the ball into play from the sideline. Olivedos's Magno Sampaio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Olivedos's Abelardo Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Bergwijn in the 91st minute of play. Litoral EC - CIMZ's Kıvanç Bengi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel de Godoi in the 95th minute of play. After 98 minutes, Joseph Joestar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Litoral EC - CIMZ and the Olivedos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 98th match minute, Litoral EC - CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Joestar to maneuver through the defense. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
