After 20 played minutes FC Barrera 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Gary Ayala. After 25 played minutes FC Barrera 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fernando Arce. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dadá Maravilha got free with Patricio Ugutz in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patricio Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dadá Maravilha in the 33rd minute of the match. Patricio Ugutz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dadá Maravilha in the 38th minute. FC Barrera 2.0 were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Barcellos Mineiro FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cipriano Argenis took the corner. The FC Barrera 2.0 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barcellos Mineiro FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dale Dolar to make the kick off. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Boyd Kaufman managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Agnaldo Oliveira in the 51 minute of the game.
