But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernan Lano couldn't finish the play. The referee ignored Soroca F.C.'s protests and gave Iordanis Karatzaferis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iordanis Karatzaferis to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched DENVER™ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
