Arne Kråk made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Albert Gaardahl sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Dolfos in the 11th minute of play forced La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jose Vimaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th of the match, Carmelo Vachon tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Arne Kråk got in the way and made a wonderful save. 15 minutes into the game, Potrerillo Azuleño's Nemesio Dolfos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jose Vimaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Albert Gaardahl who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Arne Kråk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Potrerillo Azuleño's Arne Kråk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Vachon in the 22nd minute of play. When Nemesio Dolfos fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Potrerillo Azuleño's protests and gave Nemesio Dolfos a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Vachon in the 29th minute of play forced Potrerillo Azuleño's goalkeeper Arne Kråk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute Carmelo Vachon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Kråk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Dolfos in the 45th minute of play forced La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jose Vimaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Potrerillo Azuleño were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

La Maquina 9-12-18's Jose Vimaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save La Maquina 9-12-18 from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Potrerillo Azuleño getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Song Yong Kun hit a great ball. La Maquina 9-12-18's Shpëtim Kume was substituted for Cléberson Prestes. Jose Vimaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Joanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Potrerillo Azuleño's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Gaardahl came free, but Arne Kråk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Vimaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Dolfos, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 73 minutes into the match, La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jose Vimaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octavio Sesuldo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carmelo Vachon in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Kråk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arne Kråk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Gaardahl in the 77th minute of play. Jose Vimaro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nemesio Dolfos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 86 minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Ahmet Baki Tecimer got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After 93 played minutes Nemesio Dolfos shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for La Maquina 9-12-18's Jose Vimaro to catch but Nemesio Dolfos was lucky. It became 2-4 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. The Potrerillo Azuleño players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
