The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The WINNING ELEVEN fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when WINNING ELEVEN's Fred Nilsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 10th minute Fred Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Hulberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. WINNING ELEVEN's Jake Leonard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save WINNING ELEVEN from getting a goal against them. Severino Hulberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Nilsson in the 13th minute of play. Rivermania FC's Severino Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Nilsson in the 17th minute of play. Severino Hulberto came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by WINNING ELEVEN's Fred Nilsson. But to his dismay, Fred Nilsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Severino Hulberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ringo Howard, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rivermania FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Andro Reiman was slow to take the kick. During this time WINNING ELEVEN's players had a chance to rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erasmo Lorencio to strike the kick off in the second half. Patricio Ostadar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Severino Hulberto made a huge save. 58 minutes into the match, WINNING ELEVEN's Fred Nilsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severino Hulberto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Severino Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Nilsson in the 60th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Fred Nilsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severino Hulberto. Rivermania FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fred Nilsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. WINNING ELEVEN's Silverio Gipuzkoa was substituted for Vilhelm Gustafsson. WINNING ELEVEN made a substitution. Ciriaco Urdaspal replaced Leonel Cordaro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Flor in the 79th minute of play forced WINNING ELEVEN's goalkeeper Jake Leonard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Densill 李伟锋 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Rivermania FC's Densill 李伟锋 got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Ana Tatangelo made a precise shot to the right of Jake Leonard. WINNING ELEVEN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. The supporters of WINNING ELEVEN booed when Rivermania FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Bazkoare didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st match minute, Rivermania FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Flor to maneuver through the defense. Fred Nilsson scored 1-5 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severino Hulberto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
