In the 43rd minute, Ernesto Txartiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Germán Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Christobal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Germán Luz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Chaime in the 51st minute. After some careless play in the StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 defense, Malcolm Stenman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of András Tóth. The StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that András Tóth should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Stenman in the 58th minute of play forced StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalkeeper András Tóth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Malcolm Stenman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but András Tóth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Stenman in the 71st minute of play forced StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalkeeper András Tóth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Malcolm Stenman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of András Tóth. Julian Chaime could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Germán Luz made a huge save. 88 minutes into the match, Deportivo Turro's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Chaime came free, but Germán Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 were awarded a corner. Salvador Gil went to the cornerflag to take it.
