The audience was convinced that Froilan Reyes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Cutberto was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Jorge Cutberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Reyes in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Froilan Reyes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Cutberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 46th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Benedicto Tadzio came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the RIVER PINAMAR fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedicto Tadzio couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anastasio Burni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luis Täger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Burni, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With a little luck, RIVER PINAMAR fc's Jorge Cutberto got control of the ball when Froilan Reyes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Froilan Reyes in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Cutberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jorge Cutberto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Froilan Reyes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 61 minute of play. Parque Europa FC made a substitution. Rogelio Mendiola replaced Yannick Bartz. Parque Europa FC's Coronel Castro was substituted for Froilan Reyes. In the 71st minute Lionel-Andrés Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Cutberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Coronel Castro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jorge Cutberto came out and tried to block the shot, but Coronel Castro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 72nd minute. Jorge Cutberto came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Parque Europa FC's Lionel-Andrés Messi. But to his dismay, Lionel-Andrés Messi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. 83 minutes into the match, Parque Europa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Burni came free, but Luis Täger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lionel-Andrés Messi got free with Jorge Cutberto in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Parque Europa FC's Rogelio Mendiola got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Coronel Castro in the 89th minute of play forced RIVER PINAMAR fc's goalkeeper Jorge Cutberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lionel-Andrés Messi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Jorge Cutberto made a huge save. 91 minutes into the match, Coronel Castro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Cutberto. RIVER PINAMAR fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Coronel Castro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. After 96 played minutes RIVER PINAMAR fc got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Tadzio. Lionel-Andrés Messi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The RIVER PINAMAR fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Parque Europa FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
