Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Comhghall Sheridan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sameer Gollogley in the 5th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ardán Kirby got free with Flann Byrne in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute, Philib McStephen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Drumdowney's Ricard Scully got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Comhghall Sheridan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tory Ryan in the 13th minute of the match. Flann Byrne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ardán Kirby, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Ballysheedy's Bresal McFrank got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Sameer Gollogley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ballysheedy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tory Ryan was slow to take the kick. During this time Drumdowney's players had a chance to rest. Boethis Dalton was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 31st minute, Kaine Walker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Drumdowney's Ricard Scully in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ballysheedy's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Drumdowney's Flann Byrne got control of the ball when Ardán Kirby tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ricard Scully sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Flann Byrne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bresal McFrank, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Comhghall Sheridan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sameer Gollogley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 52 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tory Ryan in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Comhghall Sheridan saved Ballysheedy from getting behind. In the 61st minute Ricard Scully shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comhghall Sheridan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Tory Ryan made a precise shot to the right of Comhghall Sheridan. Ballysheedy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Terence McTommy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sameer Gollogley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Comhghall Sheridan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Ricard Scully got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Drumdowney's Tory Ryan in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ballysheedy's goalie prevented a goal. 79 minutes into the game, Drumdowney's Tory Ryan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Comhghall Sheridan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 85th play minute Sameer Gollogley came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Comhghall Sheridan. 0-4. After having played for 89 minutes, Ardán Kirby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballysheedy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ardán Kirby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Drumdowney booed when Ballysheedy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kerrigan McIan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute of the match Tory Ryan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Comhghall Sheridan skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Drumdowney's Ravan McJames got a free kick in the 95th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ardán Kirby in the 96th minute of play forced Drumdowney's goalkeeper Flann Byrne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Drumdowney had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
