Sebastian Käller scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dochko Rodev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Club Atletico Los Andes's Wilhelm Galle threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kaj Skager, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Wilhelm Galle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaj Skager in the 16th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomáš Lamačka got free with Wilhelm Galle in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dochko Rodev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Kind of Blue's goalkeeper Wilhelm Galle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomáš Lamačka. Jonny Lagerberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kind of Blue's Anastasios Pallini was substituted for Jonny Lagerberg. Dochko Rodev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Käller in the 41st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Sebastian Käller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kind of Blue's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Käller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dochko Rodev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Los Andes's Abel Krorby got a free kick in the 48th minute. Dochko Rodev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joacim Hansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Käller was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dochko Rodev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dochko Rodev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Käller in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Sebastian Käller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dochko Rodev. Club Atletico Los Andes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Käller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Club Atletico Los Andes made a substitution. Fabio Peli replaced Montrell Abeita. After a defensive mix-up in Kind of Blue's zone, Orlando Inautzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilhelm Galle came out of the goal and Orlando Inautzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kaj Skager blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilhelm Galle having to make a save. Dochko Rodev was a little too slow when Östen Högman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-4. Kind of Blue's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
