After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, CJ Townsley managed to get in a good position for a shot. BraveHearts United's supporters rose to their feet, but CJ Townsley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonso Veloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Afonso Veloso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alf Sandwall went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by CJ Townsley in the 18th minute of play forced Alvi Boton's goalkeeper Afonso Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl Björk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marius Brun in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Afonso Veloso saved Alvi Boton from getting behind. CJ Townsley scored 1-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Afonso Veloso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Alvi Boton booed when BraveHearts United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Linus Karlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marius Brun was the one to do the kick off. Afonso Veloso made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when CJ Townsley sent off a good shot on target. BraveHearts United's Karl Björk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Chinto in the 53rd minute of play. When CJ Townsley came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the BraveHearts United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that CJ Townsley couldn't finish the play. Karl Björk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Frances in the 58th minute of play. After 64 played minutes BraveHearts United got a freekick which was hit by Östen Sellberg. When Santos Chinto came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Alvi Boton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santos Chinto couldn't finish the play. After 75 minutes, Santos Chinto made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. BraveHearts United's Karl Björk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Afonso Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Sandwall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejandro Firmin kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Alvi Boton's goalkeeper Afonso Veloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by CJ Townsley. BraveHearts United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alf Sandwall in the 83rd minute. The corner ended in Alf Sandwall almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Alvi Boton's Afonso Veloso did a great save. The supporters of BraveHearts United booed when Alvi Boton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Mundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvi Boton's Afonso Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Brun in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Alejandro Firmin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves CJ Townsley could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Afonso Veloso however easily saved by the left post. Afonso Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Sandwall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl Björk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Frances in the 94th minute of play. Vladimir Rodić's late challenge caught a Alvi Boton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vladimir Rodić helped the player get up and apologised. Vladimir Rodić kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Alvi Boton supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BraveHearts United's performance. The match ended with a win for BraveHearts United.
