Bajen's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jerônimo Vergílio who took care of the corner kick. Mai Yi Xu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After some careless play in the S.D. Bajen defense, Igor Cavalera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Spencer Holder. The S.D. Bajen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Spencer Holder should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Zimmermann in the 10th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Spencer Holder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alysson Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Malone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, one of S.D. Bajen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for S.D. Bajen. After a long run with the ball, Jerônimo Vergílio did a trick in the 26th minute in front of S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-0. An impressive performance by Ogro F.C.'s Jerônimo Vergílio! Spencer Holder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Cavalera in the 28th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the game Aldo Marquez made a throw-in which Claudinei Ramalho played forward. Aldo Marquez hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Aldo Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Cavalera to strike the kick off in the second half. Igor Cavalera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Spencer Holder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Spencer Holder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Cavalera went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 62nd minute, Jerônimo Vergílio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and S.D. Bajen's Spencer Holder didn't even have to move. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Spencer Holder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ogro F.C.'s Mike Mangini was substituted for Dan Zimmermann. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.D. Bajen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jerônimo Vergílio was slow to take the kick. During this time Ogro F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Ogro F.C.'s corner Adelino Antunes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Spencer Holder quite easily take care of the ball. Igor Cavalera scored 4-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Spencer Holder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ogro F.C.'s Marco Minnemann was substituted for Igor Cavalera. S.D. Bajen's Aldo Marquez got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Aldo Marquez off the ground. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ogro F.C. had won after a very even match.
