Desportivo Coala's Astor Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Rios in the 15th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Desportivo Coala's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Astor Hug reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Lino Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Astor Hug was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Rios in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Astor Hug prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gilvan Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Germano Bettencourt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Astor Hug. Desportivo Coala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Germano Bettencourt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Vase during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th minute, Paul Vase hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lino Rios to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as AFC FUSION's Lino Rios slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Astor Hug. That made the score 0-4 after 54 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronalds McDonald in the 58th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marián De Bruyne during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Desportivo Coala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marián De Bruyne to maneuver through the defense. Lino Rios struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Astor Hug didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. Aureliano Karlo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Astor Hug read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of Desportivo Coala booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dawid Beckham didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Aureliano Karlo lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Astor Hug. Denílson Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Dawid Beckham struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute.
