Heini Nikolic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Nunez Iraitz made a huge save. After having played for 19 minutes, Stefan Stedefeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nunez Iraitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heini Nikolic in the 26th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benni Zugowski got free with Nunez Iraitz in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Heini Nikolic let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 27th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. If Benni Zugowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TIINDDRCCATS's Erhard Lehn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Stedefeldt in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, one of TIINDDRCCATS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dankward Redder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Nunez Iraitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of TIINDDRCCATS booed when Frank Football was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bert Wolf didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Manfred Sahr took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Nunez Iraitz to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, TIINDDRCCATS's Manfred Sahr got a free kick in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Sahr in the 46th minute of play forced Frank Football's goalkeeper Nunez Iraitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th match minute, TIINDDRCCATS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylvain Wölfer to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerd Pflug to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Benni Zugowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nunez Iraitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Nunez Iraitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfred Sahr in the 64th minute of the match. Nunez Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benni Zugowski in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dankward Redder in the 69th minute of play forced Frank Football's goalkeeper Nunez Iraitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Manfred Sahr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Iraitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erhard Lehn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter-Michael Rogowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manfred Sahr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benni Zugowski struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Nunez Iraitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TIINDDRCCATS. Nikolas Röhner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute Manfred Sahr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Iraitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benni Zugowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nunez Iraitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Benni Zugowski took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nunez Iraitz. Nunez Iraitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1.
