The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Kjell Söderström came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the BoomFunkMCs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kjell Söderström couldn't finish the play. Nikolas Röhner kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes TIINDDRCCATS got a freekick which was hit by Heini Nikolic. Erhard Lehn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Greger Nässén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nikolas Röhner hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When TIINDDRCCATS's Heini Nikolic in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sten Månsson came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by TIINDDRCCATS's Heini Nikolic. But to his dismay, Heini Nikolic quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 35 minutes, Greger Nässén mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BoomFunkMCs and the TIINDDRCCATS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heini Nikolic in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sten Månsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 43rd minute of the game, Per Smedfeldt landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benni Zugowski during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. BoomFunkMCs's Andreas Ekrot was substituted for Per Smedfeldt. A collision led to TIINDDRCCATS getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Benni Zugowski hit a great ball. When BoomFunkMCs's Kjell Söderström in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Heini Nikolic was the one to do the kick off. Reinald Brux charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reinald Brux the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of BoomFunkMCs booed when TIINDDRCCATS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinald Brux didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Söderström in the 60th minute of play forced TIINDDRCCATS's goalkeeper Erhard Lehn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Heini Nikolic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sten Månsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute of the match, Manfred Sahr tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sten Månsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 69 minutes into the match, BoomFunkMCs's goal looked a bit too open when Heini Nikolic came free, but Sten Månsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvar Brodin hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Samon Pleve kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Sten Månsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Heini Nikolic in the 76th minute. After 76 played minutes BoomFunkMCs got a freekick which was hit by Greger Nässén. 78 minutes into the game, Karl Eplinius threw the ball into play from the sideline. BoomFunkMCs's Andreas Ekrot quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Manfred Sahr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Sten Månsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Manfred Sahr came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the TIINDDRCCATS fans jumped to their feet. In the 90th minute, Heini Nikolic ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sten Månsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 93 minutes into the game, Heini Nikolic lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Sten Månsson. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched TIINDDRCCATS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
