After a rather tough play, BoomFunkMCs's Sigvard Gudmundsson got a free kick in the 39th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Argider Jareño stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, BoomFunkMCs's goalkeeper Sten Månsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Domingo. Alvar Brodin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celedonio Galego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. BoomFunkMCs's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Uxio Rosario scored to the left of an out of position Sten Månsson, making the score, 1-3. Staffan Lundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Galego having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Kenny Björkkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute of the match Uxio Rosario shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sten Månsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Palmeiras Atletico were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant BoomFunkMCs side.
