Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredinho Cordeiro started the match with the kick off. Saverio Eguzki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cícero de Salles having to make a save. 6 minutes into the match, karasuno's Lucio Librado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cícero de Salles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Olívio da Rocha in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by karasuno's Jairo Ibon. Lucio Librado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero de Salles having to interfere. Angel Lizardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredinho Cordeiro in the 12th minute of the match. If Lucio Librado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cícero de Salles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucio Librado's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After having played for 21 minutes, Alfredinho Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sertanejo SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredinho Cordeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jairo Ibon charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jairo Ibon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Tiago Gabriel Mota ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angel Lizardi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. karasuno's Angel Lizardi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredinho Cordeiro in the 31st minute of play. Lucio Librados short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Cícero de Salles to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Saverio Eguzki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Cícero de Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sertanejo SS's Tiago Gabriel Mota got a free kick in the 39th minute. Angel Lizardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The karasuno players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sertanejo SS were winning 0-1.

Lucio Librado struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Cícero de Salles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for karasuno. After a defensive mix-up in Sertanejo SS's zone, Saverio Eguzki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cícero de Salles came out of the goal and Saverio Eguzki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Sertanejo SS booed when karasuno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Eguzki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olívio da Rocha's late challenge caught a karasuno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olívio da Rocha helped the player get up and apologised. Olívio da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Lucio Librado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When karasuno's Lucio Librado in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sertanejo SS's goalie prevented a goal. Cícero de Salles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucio Librado's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. After 69 played minutes Sertanejo SS got a freekick which was hit by Fábio Pernambucano. If Lucio Librado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angel Lizardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Lucio Librado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reinaldo Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Lucio Librado managed to get in a good position for a shot. karasuno's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucio Librado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cícero de Salles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saverio Eguzki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Cícero de Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Horacio Raymundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fábio Pernambucano hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Lucio Librado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero de Salles having to interfere. In the 90th minute Saverio Eguzki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cícero de Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Sertanejo SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arí Prestes to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see karasuno lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
