With his leg Wilfredo Procopio managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Palmeiras Atletico's Juan Domingo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Celedonio Galego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Tulio, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Andres Tulio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Palmeiras Atletico's Celedonio Galego. Celedonio Galego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Celedonio Galego didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when La Masía's Higinio Fraco shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 45th minute Argider Jareño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Procopio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palmeiras Atletico's Celedonio Galego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Fraco in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Higinio Fraco to strike the kick off in the second half. Celedonio Galego made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Higinio Fraco sent off a good shot on target. Enrico Vallejo made in the 56th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Uxio Rosario. When Juan Domingo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Palmeiras Atletico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Domingo couldn't finish the play. 63 minutes into the match, Higinio Fraco notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Palmeiras Atletico's Celedonio Galego. Celedonio Galego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Palmeiras Atletico's zone, Andres Tulio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celedonio Galego came out of the goal and Andres Tulio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of La Masía booed when Palmeiras Atletico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uxio Rosario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidro Berto kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Joseba Perpiñán hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. La Masía's Amancio Udalaitz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 75th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Palmeiras Atletico. Celedonio Galego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Tulio in the 80th minute of play. La Masía were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Palmeiras Atletico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amancio Udalaitz took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Amancio Udalaitz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Celedonio Galego quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Argider Jareño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, La Masía's Ceferino Caetano got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute Juan Domingo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Procopio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Palmeiras Atletico's Juan Domingo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilfredo Procopio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juan Domingo succeeded in the game's 98th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. The Palmeiras Atletico supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching La Masía's performance. The match ended with a win for La Masía.
