The supporters of Granadero10 booed when A.A. Francana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Válbson Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Sandrinho Leite took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Telmo Trigo to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinícius das Neves got free with Telmo Trigo in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Sandrinho Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Arnaldo Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Granadero10's Telmo Trigo threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vinícius das Neves, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 19th minute of the match Granadero10 got a corner. A.A. Francana's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tiago Sena ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Inácio Barbosa managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Telmo Trigo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinícius das Neves's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Telmo Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinícius das Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Granadero10 fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Granadero10's Sandrinho Leite looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sydney Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Adolfo Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Telmo Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Barbosa in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, A.A. Francana's goal looked a bit too open when Vinícius das Neves came free, but Telmo Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Telmo Trigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandrinho Leite in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

In the 51st minute, Sandrinho Leite got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A.A. Francana's Telmo Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius das Neves in the 54th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sandrinho Leite in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Telmo Trigo saved A.A. Francana from getting behind. When Sandrinho Leite got free in front of the goal in the 64th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Telmo Trigo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandrinho Leite in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Telmo Trigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sydney Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Adolfo Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, Sandrinho Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sandrinho Leite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, A.A. Francana's goal looked a bit too open when Sandrinho Leite came free, but Telmo Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Vinícius das Neves sped through A.A. Francana's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Telmo Trigo. The audience was convinced that Vinícius das Neves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Telmo Trigo was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. 86 minutes into the match, Inácio Barbosa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Telmo Trigo. A.A. Francana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inácio Barbosa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. The referee ignored Granadero10's protests and gave Sandrinho Leite a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of A.A. Francana booed when Granadero10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandrinho Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. Many of A.A. Francana's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. A.A. Francana may have spent more time on the ball, but Granadero10 were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
